                                           01:- Information about Food Lab Machine

Aim:- To know information about food lab machines.

FRUIT PULPER :- It is use to make juice of fruits.


HIGH SPEED CUTTER :- It is use to mix the mixture on high quantity for example tomato for sauce.

HEATING KIT-TEL :- It is use to heat the mixture on high quantity.

HOT AIR OVEN :- It is also use to heat or bake the food products.

NITROGEN PACKING :- This machine is use to pack food in bag by inserting nitrogen gas in it so that the food product is preserved for many days.

SEALING MACHINE :- Use to seal the packing bag.

WEIGHT BALANCE :- Use to take weight of material.

FLOUR MIXTURE :- Use to mix the flour.

AMALA CUTTER :- Use to cut the amala and remove seed from it.

TAB MACHINE :- It is use to put caps on bottles.

FOIL SEALING :- It is use to seal a jar with aluminium foil.

FILLING TANK :- It is use to fill juice in bottles.

       Safety precautions :- While working on machine we should take care and add the materials as per the limit of the machine.









                             02:- To prepare CHIKKI  Of Groundnuts

      Aim:- To prepare chikki of groundnuts.

      Requirement :- Groundnut, Sugar, Jaggery, Glucose liquid, oil, etc.

      Procedure:- First we took sugar and groundnuts about 400 gm. After we fried the groundnuts and removed the upper layer of it , then we prepared caramel of sugar. Added 100 gm of glucose in the caramel. Then mic it well. We made powder of groundnuts in mixer and added in the caramel. Then made mixture was removed in a tray and cut in pieces and leave it to get cool for sometime.And chikki is ready.

      Observation :- While making chikki we should have to take care that the caramel should not get burn while processing.

                                 03:- COCONUT CHIKKI

      Aim :- To make chikki of coconut.

      Requirement :- Coconut powder, Oil,  Sugar, Glucose.

      Procedure :- First take sugar and coconut powder about 300 gm. Then make caramel of sugar and add 100 gm glucose in it. Then mix it well and add coconut powder in it. Remove the mixture in the tray and cut it in pieces and let it be cool for some time , after a while remove pieces from tray and pack them in packing bag for selling.

      Observation:-  While making chikki we should have to take care that the caramel should not get burn while processing. Pack the product well.

                                   04:- Nanket

      Aim:- To prepare nanket


      Requirement :- Maida, Sugar powder, Dalda,  Oven, Tray, Plate, shapes of nanket .


      Procedure :- First take dalda about 300 gm, sugar powder 300 gm and maida 300 gm . then take dalda in plate and add sugar powder and mix it well. Then add maida in the mixture and mix it well. Then with the help of nanket shape maker, we made pieces of the mixture and baked in the oven about 150 - 200 degree celcious . after they are baked let them get cool and then pack them in packing bag for selling.

      Observation:- mix all material well, while baking take care that the product should not get burned . Pack nanket after it is cold.

      05:- To find BLOOD GROUP

      Aim :- To find blood group


      Requirement :- Lancet, cotton, slides, magnifine glass, Spirit, Anti A,B,D


      Procedure :- First we have to take blood sample from the person s' left hand from fourth finger. Before that we have to put spirit on cotton and apply to the person s' finger, then by the help of lancet we have to prick  a hole on the finger and take three drops on the slide. 
                                             on one side of drop we have to add one drop of antic-era A and on second antic-era B  and on third antic-era D. After mixing them we checked the blood group of the person and applied spirit to the finger to stop the blood flow.


      Observation :- In the first two antic-era A or B if the blood gets in small crystal form,  we can also know about blood group by following table.

      Objective:- Take blood sample of every one in the laboratory and show to your guide or teacher. Visit pathologist or government hospital. Do blood test by help of the doctor.


      Important information:- Blood :-  It is a genetical liquid  form made by the red blood cells (R.B.C.) and white blood cells (W.B.C.) and platelets , thrombosis its' all use in formation of blood.

      Antigens :-  Anti means which does the opposite reaction to the diseases. Gen means which grows or produces. It means body that produces unwanted bacteria or any other thing in the body to stop it antigen start to work and try to kill it.



      Precautions:- 
      1. Before practical remove antic-era A,B,D from refrigerator .
      2. We have to keep temperature of antic-era upto 2-6 degree 
      3. If you are not able to identify the blood group then, give the sample to laboratory.
      4. Use on Pro for one person.
      5. Prick lancet on the tip of finger not beside the nail.
      6. To prick lancet take middle finger or the fourth finger.




                                        06:- To make POP-CORN 

      Aim:-  To make pop-corn.

      Requirement:- Corn, oil, turmeric, salt, gas, cooker, plate, spoon.

      Procedure:- First we started the gas and placed cooker on it and let it heat for a while properly. Add 20 gm oil, 20 gm, salt and 5-10 gm turmeric mix it properly. Then add corns and mix it properly. Then placed a lead on the cooker and let them popes and wait till the noise stops and remove them in plate.


      Observation:- Check the corns that are use to make pop corn, Don't add more oil in it. don't burn pop corn.

      07:-  To make Butter

      Aim :- To make butter 

      Requirement :- Maida, Yeast, Jeera, salt, Gluten powder, Tray, Plate, Wood, Oil, Roaster.

      Procedure:- First we take a plate added yeast , salt, jeera and gluten powder and mixed it well. maked small balls of the mixture and placed them on a tray any let them settle for a while. Started a roaster and maintained the temperature upto 400- 450*c . Then place the tray in the roaster and bake them well. After removing the tray from the roaster flip the butter to the other side of it. So it will get baked form both the side.

      Observation :- While mixing the material mix them well. yeast should get mix well . Take care as the butter should not get burn.

      08:- To prepare Bread

      Aim :- Mprepare bread.

      Requirement :- Maida, Yeast, salt, Gluten powder, Tray, Plate, Wood, Oil, Roaster, Atta maker, weight balance.

      Procedure:- First start the roaster and maintain the temperature of it. Take a plate and add maida, yeast, salt put in atta maker machine and mix it well. Make small ball of the mixture and place it in tray and let them settle for an hour and then place them in a roaster and bake them. After baking flip them to the another side. so they can bake well.

      Observation:-  Maida while mixing mix it well. Don't use more water in the mixture.

      09 :- To make Pizza

      Aim :- To make Pizza.

      Requirement :- Maida, dalda, onion, tomato, jeera, mohari, oil, salt, yeast, gas, bowl, tray.

      Procedure :- Take maida, dalda, yeast, mix it well and make a base for pizza. Then cook some vegetable and place them in one plate. Take the pizza base in tray and put the cooked vegetable on the pizza base and bake it in oven on upto 150 - 200 degree.


      Observation :- While firng vegetable fry them well. Bake pizza base well.

      Requirement :- Palak, oil, chili powder, basen powder, garlic, green chili, Turmeric, ova.

      Procedure:- In a grinder add palak , green chili, garlic and mix it well. Add basen powder , salt, turmeric, ova and mix it well. Put the mixture in the die and make shev of it. and fry it.

      Observation :- While making mixture takeincidents as per weight, Don't burn the shev while frying.

      Aim:- To make wheat cookies

      Requirement :- Wheat flour, sugar powder, butter, baking powder, plate, oven, weight balance.

      Procedure:- In a plate take sugar powder and butter and mix it well. Then add baking powder and wheat flour in it. Then mix it well and by the help of shapes give the shape to the mixture and place it in the tray and bake them in oven. And after they are baked let them cool and pack in bag.

      Observation :- Don't let the mixture get loose by adding extra water,
      put every material as per weight
      Don't burn the cookies.

      Requirement :- Poha, coconut powder, groundnuts, milk, dalda, jaggery, gas, bowl, starer , mixer.

      Procedure :- Fried the poha and groundnuts , then made caramel of jaggery and added the mixture and coconut powder in the caramel. After mixing properly made small laadu of the mixture and packed in packing bag.

      Observation :- Don't burn the mixture while frying, keep watch on the gas flames , don't make it high or low keep it constant while frying.

      14:- To check calories


      Aim :- To check calories

      For any work calories are very important.

          Definition :- Calories is a unit of measuring energy.

      Carbohydrates , Fats , Proteins this all we get from our daily food and it's amounts decides it's calories we get, it is also been measured with he help of weight, body, age.

      Formula :- ( 13.75 X weight) + (5 X height) - (6.076 X age) + 66 


      one gram water temperature  to make 1 degree C  required energy means 1 gm calories. And 1 kg water temperature to make 1 degree celceious is 1 kg calories.

                           = [13.75 X 51 ] + [ 5 X 160] - [ 6.075 X 19 ] + 66
                             = [ 673.75] + [800] - [115 - 44 ] + 66
                                = [673.75] + [684.56] + 66
                                  = 1424.31

                       So the required calories is = 1424.31






                        
                              15:- To check Hemoglobin


      Aim:- To check hemoglobin.

      Rate of HB in blood :- Hemoglobin is present in red blood cells. This work as taking Co2 away from the heart.

      While checking hemoglobin required chemicals are HCL, Distle water, Cotton Spirit, etc.

      In test-tube put N10 about 20 ml, Apply spirit to the place from where blood will be taken. Then with help of lancet prick to the finger where spirit is applied. Take blood about 0.02 ml in test-tube put it in testing pipe. Mix it for about 5 minutes and then rate in colour change transfer it in test- tube and take reading of hemoglobin.

      Hemoglobin decreases causes:- Decrease in blood pressure / tiredness 
      To maintain hemoglobin :- Jaggery, Groundnuts, Beetroot, Carrot, Tomato,
                                                               Fig, can maintainHemoglobin.   






                                            12:- To check Blood Pressure
      Aim:- Blood pressure is necessary to know when we have to check person suffering through diseases.

      Requirement:-  Blood pressure testing machine, stethoscope.

      Procedure:-  First close the fingures and put the band of the testing machine  on the arm of the close fingures, By the help of the blower apply the pressure on the band, To know the result on the verest put stethoscope and check the beat, give the pressure to the band till the beat does not stops
